Happy National Lipstick Day 2018! Here is an updated list of the best lipsticks I’ve tried and tested that are currently available for under $15. It’s no surprise to find that the top 50 is dominated by brands like ColourPop, Maybelline, and Sephora, which are brands that know how to do lipstick! For really long-wearing color that’s pigmented but not nearly as drying as typical liquid lipstick, I reach for ColourPop’s Ultra Satin formula. For comfy mattes, Maybelline Matte ranges are fantastic. For a mix of finishes, colors, and depths, Sephora’s #LipStories range has you covered. L’Oreal’s Colour Riche Shine Lipsticks are perfect for anyone who wants shinier, glossier finishes without sacrificing pigment.
