Tom Ford Beauty Lissome Sheer Cheek Duo ($82.00 for 0.15 oz.) includes two blushes–a rosy brown and mid-tone pink–with a more powder-gel formula, which felt denser/firmer but very smooth, blendable, and sat well on my skin. I recommend using moderately dense brush, something with a rounded or more dome-shaped edge, to pick up product well if medium or greater coverage is desired. Both shades were easy to work with, looked nice on my skin, and lasted for at least eight hours.

Lissome (Top) is soft, rosy brown with warm undertones and a natural sheen. The powder had opaque pigmentation used dry that applied evenly and blended out well on my skin. When applied with a dampened brush, it had sheerer coverage (which was as intended) and a slightly stronger sheen. Regardless of wet or dry application, the finish was luminous but not metallic or noticeably shimmery–very fine, smooth, and pearl-like overall. The texture was denser and firmer, though smooth and not at all powdery, which is typical of this type of formula (powder-gel hybrid). This shade stayed on well for eight hours on me before fading a bit.

Lissome (Bottom) is a pop of medium pink with subtle, warm undertones and a luminous sheen. It had fine pearl throughout the powder, which was enough to yield a noticeable sheen but never appeared overtly shimmery or metallic on my skin. The consistency was smooth to the touch but denser and firmer, so it worked best with a moderately dense brush (but there was no powderiness, and it was easy to control how much product was picked up). The formula can be applied wet or dry with wet application having a sheerer, more stained-like effect, though it was still fairly pigmented and had a stronger sheen once blended out. The dry application had good pigmentation that applied evenly and blended out nicely. It wore well for eight and a half hours on me before fading noticeably.
