Milani Sunset Passione Baked Blush ($8.00 for 0.12 oz.) is a medium-dark, rosy copper with warm undertones and a satin finish. It had just a hint of sheen when applied and blended out on my skin, but it didn’t read overtly shimmery. It had good pigmentation that was buildable to full coverage with less than half of a layer more. The texture felt smooth to the touch, a smidgen powdery, but it didn’t have too much product that kicked up in the pan when used. The powder applied evenly to bare skin and blended out effortlessly. It wore well for seven and a half hours on me before fading noticeably.

Formula Overview

The formula is supposed to be "richly pigmented and highly buildable" (which is confusing) that is available in a mix of "matte and shimmery shades." Most shades have medium to opaque coverage, can be built up usually (or sheered/blended out if desired), and have a soft, smooth texture that can run slightly powdery. The majority of shades I've tried apply evenly, blend out nicely, and last between seven and eight hours on me.
