Milk Makeup Flex Highlighter ($28.00 for 0.22 oz.) is a new, powder highlighter that’s available in four shades. While Sephora packaged up the products well enough, two were broken upon opening, so I’d definitely recommend care when opening–the way the majority of the powder shifted away from the pan in larger pieces makes me concerned the formula itself is more fragile.
