ColourPop x Halo Top Super Shock Pigment Duos ($12.00 each) are a new, collaborative release for National Ice Cream month. Each duo includes two Super Shock Pigments housed in a pint-shaped (flattened) carton. They were cuter in their packaging than I think they ended up in practice; they were less impressive and often fell shy of the high expectations I had given my experience with this formula in the past.
