Best New Makeup Formulas | 2019

Every year, new formulas are introduced, which may or may not be replacing a newly-discontinued formula.  Sometimes the formulas are truly superior to past formulas on the market, and other times, they’re just so-so.  At year-end, I like to consider all the new formulas I’ve trialed in the last year to see if any of those new formulas replaced old favorites or just joined them in the ranks of another solid formula to pull from.
