Best of Fenty Beauty Flypencil Eyeliners
Fenty Beauty Flypencil Longwear Eyeliner ($22.00 for 0.01 oz.) is a new, permanent range of twist-up, pencil eyeliners that is supposed to have “smudge-resistant, water-resistant longwear” with a “creamy” consistency and “hyper-pigmented” coverage.
They were creamy, smooth, and comfortable-to-apply eyeliners, whether to the water line or to the lash line. They are slightly more rounded than other twist-up pencils but are finer than they may appear in close-up photos (they’re definitely not like an eyeshadow pencil). Some shades had opaque coverage while others had more buildable coverage but typically applied well with short, overlapping strokes. They wore between four and eight hours on my lower water line and eight to nine hours on my lower lash line.
