Urban Decay Vivid 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil (Eyeliner) ($22.00 for 0.04 oz.) is a medium blue with moderate, cool undertones and a matte finish. It had nearly opaque pigmentation in a single layer, which was easily built up to full coverage with less than a second layer. The texture was creamy, smooth, and comfortable to work with as it didn’t tug or pull on my lash line. It applied evenly to both my water line as well as my lower lash line. It showed signs of fading/thinning after seven and a half hours on my lower water line and 10 hours on my lower lash line.

It had nearly opaque pigmentation in a single stroke of the pencil against my lash line. The texture was smooth with a waxy glide that made it comfortable to work with on my lower lash line, though I felt like it was a bit too waxy to work as well on my lower water line as it didn’t adhere as evenly. It wore well for 10 hours on my lower lash line and seven hours on my lower waterline.
