Retrograde
Lethal Cosmetics Retrograde Pressed Multichrome Shadow ($16.50 for 0.056 oz.) is a pearly multichrome that shifted from bluish-aqua to blue to lavender to pinky-lavender. The texture was on the thinner, more emollient side, which worked well for sitting on drier lids but had a tendency to look more “faded” and less shimmery in practice. It had mostly opaque, buildable pigmentation with a moderately visible multichrome shift. It lasted for eight hours on me before fading visibly.

- Terra Moons Shattered Stars (P, $13.00) is more shimmery (90% similar).
- Terra Moons Space Case (P, $17.00) is more shimmery, brighter (90% similar).
- Danessa Myricks Polaris (LE, ) is lighter, brighter, warmer (85% similar).
Formula Overview
$16.50/0.056 oz. - $294.64 Per Ounce
The formula is supposed to have "amazing pigmentation and easy blendability" that won't crease or fade. The pigmentation varied from shade to shade as some were intentionally designed with translucent bases, so those were often sheerer initially and tended to use larger, more sparkly particles.
In general, the multichrome shifts were weaker and less apparent as many shades were pearl-like in their sheen, rather than ultra-shiny or intensely metallic as is more typical of multichrome eyeshadow releases. I think those who prefer a subtler sheen and aren't locked in to having the most magical of multichrome shifting formulas will find this a nice option. On the flip side, anyone who already has multichrome eyeshadows from other brands and prefers intensity will likely find these to miss the mark.
Most shades had semi-opaque to opaque pigmentation with fairly blendable formulas that weren't too powdery or too firmly-pressed into their pans, though they were sometimes a little too emollient or too thin. They wore around eight hours on average.

FRB
Lethal Cosmetics FRB Pressed Multichrome Shadow ($16.50 for 0.056 oz.) seemed to have a more translucent base, as it more medium in coverage, with shimmer that shifted from bronzy gold to greenish-gold to lime green to bluish-aqua. In general, the shift was noticeable but was subtler than most multichrome shades I’ve experienced in the past.
The bluish-aqua part of the shift was the hardest for me to detect in person, even contorting myself a bit. The texture was smooth to the touch, firm without being too thick or too dense, but it didn’t pick up as evenly with a brush as I expected, so it was better applied with a fingertip or a dampened brush. It wore well for eight hours before fading a bit.

Nebula
Lethal Cosmetics Nebula Pressed Multichrome Shadow ($16.50 for 0.056 oz.) is a black-based multichrome with metallic shimmer that shifted from rich, emerald green to teal to bluish-teal. It was intensely pigmented with a smooth, moderately dense consistency that was blendable and easy to work with. This was one of the better-textured shades in the range and had a stronger shift (which was expected given its black base). It stayed on nicely for eight hours before fading noticeably.
