Gigi Hadid Inspired the Hair Look at Christian Siriano

Gigi Hadid was the inspiration for the hair look at Christian Sirano’s runway show this season. The hair, created by Odile Gilbert for TRESemmé and Dyson, was a medium-high ponytail braid created using lots of hairspray and lots of blow-drying. Gilbert used extensions on many of the models, and different attachments for the Dyson hair dryer to get the frizz-free, shiny braid that she was looking for. “[Christian] actually showed me a picture of Gigi,” Gilbert said. “We love Gigi and Gigi has long hair — there was one picture of her, it’s really clean and just a braid — it’s very elegant, simple chic.” View this post on Instagram 🇬🇷 by night A post shared by Gigi Hadid (@gigihadid) on Jun 30, 2018 at 6:32am PDT “For me at the end, when I finish the hair I spray with hairspray and it’s a bit like cooking [I diffuse the hair]…no frizz, just to bring the shine,” Gilbert added.
