The company’s founders, Jamie Kern Lima and Paulo Lima; new global brand president Patrick Kullenberg; It Cosmetics’ team; and Carol Hamilton, L’Oréal’s group president in charge of acquisitions (who helped the company secure the It deal in 2016 for $1.2 billion) spent quality time taking group photos on the pink carpet and donating significantly to Look Good Feel Better.
